Remove wheel & deflate tyre fully.
Pry one bead with tyre lever; slide to expose tube
Check tyre & rim for thorns, glass.
Inflate new tube slightly; insert.
Re-seat bead starting opposite valve.
Pinch-check no tube is trapped.
Inflate to rideable pressure; finish with floor pump at home.
Spin wheel, align valve with logo (easier to spot punctures).
Pack used tube for recycling.
